What Rakyat2Rakyat does

• Rakyat2Rakyat connects nearby buyers and sellers.
• We are generally not the buyer or the seller.
• Deals normally happen directly between users. You decide whether to go ahead.
• We do not handle payments between buyers and sellers.

Your responsibilities

• Sellers are responsible for the legality and accuracy of their listings.
• You must follow applicable Malaysian law and the Community Rules.

Our rights

• We may remove listings or restrict, suspend or ban accounts that break the rules.
• We cannot guarantee the service will always be available or error-free.
• We may reasonably update these terms and the rules. We will show the date of the latest version.

Free listings and Boost

Posting is free. An optional RM5 Boost, when available, makes a listing more visible for 24 hours. It does not guarantee a sale.

Responsibility

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Malaysian law, or any responsibility we have that cannot legally be excluded.
