Not allowed

• Threats, harassment, bullying or abusive behaviour
• Racist, hateful or discriminatory content
• Seriously offensive or obscene content
• Impersonating another person or business
• Scams, deliberate deception or misleading listings
• Spam and duplicate posting
• Illegal activity
• Manipulating the platform or abusing the report system
• Trying to get around restrictions or bans

Prohibited listings

Do not post goods or services that are illegal or prohibited under Malaysian law. This includes, for example:

• Illegal drugs and controlled substances
• Illegal weapons
• Stolen goods
• Counterfeit or fake-brand goods
• Fraudulent products
• Illegal sexual content or services
• Anything involving human exploitation or trafficking
• Illegal wildlife products
• Prohibited dangerous substances
• Fake official documents
• Illegal financial schemes, unlicensed lending or gambling
• Anything else whose sale breaks Malaysian law

This list gives examples. It is not a complete legal list. Clearly fraudulent or scam listings are also prohibited.

Listing standards

• Describe items reasonably accurately
• Use your own, suitable photos
• State prices honestly
• Do not post the same thing again and again
• Mark items sold when they are no longer available
• Remove listings that are out of date

What happens if rules are broken

We may remove or restrict listings. For serious or repeated problems — such as scams, prohibited content, harassment, spam, report abuse or getting around restrictions — accounts may be warned, suspended or banned. Moderation details stay private.
