What we collect

• Your mobile number, to sign you in with a one-time code
• An account ID that identifies you in our system
• Your listings, including the WhatsApp number you choose to show buyers
• Photos you upload
• Your location, when you allow it, or the area you choose
• Reports you send and moderation records
• Basic technical and security data, such as a scrambled IP address used to stop abuse

Why we use it

• To sign you in and keep you signed in
• To show listings near you with an approximate distance
• To keep the community safe and handle reports
• To prevent spam, fraud and abuse of sign-in codes

What other people see

• Your sign-in number is never shown publicly.
• Buyers only see the WhatsApp number you add to a listing.
• Your exact location and address are never shown — only a rounded distance.

Service providers

To run Rakyat2Rakyat, some providers process information for us: our database and sign-in provider (Supabase), MoceanAPI (SMS codes), and hosting and infrastructure providers. They only receive what they need to provide their service.

Your choices

• You can edit or delete your listings at any time.
• You can turn off location and choose an area instead.
• To ask about or delete your account data, contact us (contact details to be added before launch).
